red pepper pickled

1/2 cup vinegar
1/4 cup sugar
3 or 4 cloves or clove spice
black pepper optional
Bring to boil. Add 2 red peppers cut up and cook about 4 minutes. Serve with chicken.

Thanks for the recipes, this one sounds great! The cucumber one is a favorite, and if I get the time, I would love to try the fruit kreplach :)
